As you can tell from the title of this blog post, this one is NSFW or not safe for work for those of you that aren’t familiar. I suck at meditating. There I said it. Giant weight off my shoulders right there. But seriously I can never shut my brain off when I meditate. I know some people think that meditation is new age woo woo bullsh*t, but when I actually allow myself to do it, it helps. Studies have been shown that it releases stress and anxiety which is definitely something I could use less of in my life.

I found this very NSFW guided meditation on YouTube. It’s hilarious and yet it’s still calming. And it’s perfect for those of us who can’t shut our brain down for very long periods of time. Bonus, it’s only two minutes long! Even if you have a busy schedule
